We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. "This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). "Simply the prettiest place we have visited! Breathtaking and the apartment is in a great position. Everyone in the building was friendly and our kids had a great time.
