'Love this place! The room/cabin is great-it’s comfortable and very thoughtfully appointed. The surroundings are very quiet and it was lovely to watch the sunset from the veranda. Lots of kangaroos around, too. I couldn’t really rate the service because it is all done remotely, although the person who called to get more details (including any dietary requirements for breakfast) was lovely.'

'All was wonderful except the non flexible check in. We had an event to get to and even though the host was on site for an hour prior to our check-in time they wouldn’t let us in until 1pm sharp which was when our event started. 'The property was great. I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. 'After having stayed at Chateau Elan a few years back and having a great experience, we decided to revisit, but increase the duration of our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, and comforted by a balcony room that was made daily, and overlooked part of their golf course. With nearby restaurants literally a short walk away, it made for some laid back nights. Their onsite Day Spa is well worth planning ahead and making a reservation in advance! '
