Welcome to our Cool Casita. Modern, private, stylish and convenient, enjoy Austin from the prefect base camp. The casita has 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, walk in shower, and high speed internet. Take a morning run on Ladybird Lake and then head out on foot to coffee and tacos! Enjoy a quite, private home that's in the middle of all things Austin.

The casita is 350 square feet. On the first floor you'll find a queen bed with a TV, a kitchenette, and a large full bathroom. The loft space is accessible by a ladder and hosts a queen bed and a mini projector for your own private entertainment.

For modern convenience the Casita has gigabyte internet access. The front porch is a nice place to relax with a morning coffee before heading out to walk the beautiful Ladybird Lake, check out the local restaurant scene, or to make your way downtown and south of the river to explore Austin.

We pride ourselves on being great hosts with a dedicated, local team ready to answer your questions, help with any issues, and give you recommendations!


The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.
