Our Cottage is one of the most private homes in The Hollows. Only one neighbor over 100' away It has received over 100 Five Star ratings and is very unique for the Hollows! It’s located on 1+ wooded acres and is surround by an additional 20+ unoccupied Hill Country acres. The Cottage is directly on the 8 miles of private walking, biking, & hiking trails.

You can rent the Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms or you can add the optional detached Studio Suite that sleeps 2 and has its own private bathroom. The Studio Suite is available at an additional cost (see the optional Studio pictures & prices). The Cottage sleeps 7 in beds or 9 with the Studio Suite pull-out sleeper couch. The Cottage has 2 Pac-n-Plays.

The home is 1,850 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and it's 2,250 sq. ft. with the extra cost detached Studio suite For your privacy we only rent the Studio to the guests occupying the Cottage.

The Cottage is great for those that want beauty, views, privacy and quietness. Beautiful home, designed like a mountain cottage with Hill Country views from every room. Located in the 1,200 acre Hollows Resort complete with 4 private swimming pools, pickle ball, basketball, picnic areas, a wonderful lakefront swimming area on Lake Travis. All Hollows facilities are private and free to our guests. Enjoy wildlife, streams, waterfalls and limestone cliffs as you walk. The views at the resort of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country are stunning.

The private Northshore Marina is right here at The Hollows and is only 5 minutes by car from the Cottage. Call them to get information on renting boats and jet skis. You may want to check out their website. Also Villa Antonia, a wedding & meeting venue, is only 3 miles away. Call me anytime with your questions and pricing information.

No detail is overlooked in our luxury retreat. The home has everything you ever wanted including 48' & 32' Sony high definition LCD TVs with DVD players, satellite TV with DVR and stereo.

The large Texas Master Suite has scenic views of the Hill Country and a luxurious bathroom complete with a wonderful 'rain' shower head. Each bedroom is a suite with a private bath.
The Master Suite has a King bed. The Guest Suite has a Queen bed and the Bunk Room Suite has a bunk with a single on top and a standard double on the bottom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom!
A huge covered 24'x 12' balcony is right out the back door. It has dining for 6 or more and fabulous views of the hills from every room.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need for your cooking needs. There are granite counters and a granite island for food preparation and eating.

The laundry room has the latest high-end large capacity washer & dryer!

The Hollows is a luxury private resort community. The Property Owners Association owns the Beach Club, swimming pools, playgrounds, and all the amenities. The Beach Club also has a restaurant that operates seasonally Wed. - Sun. (call for more restaurant information). Because they are private, and in a secured area, all guests will receive a free membership during their stay. Each adult guest will be required to sign a Property Owners Association (POA) release before arrival. Individuals that are not registered guests are not permitted to use the Beach Club.

Open outdoor fires are no longer permitted in vacation homes in our city. BBQ and propane fires are OK.

This was a beautiful home with a fantastic view. It's in a very peaceful location. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking at the house. Having the washer/dryer available was fabulous. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The setting is perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just the right amount of secluded while still being close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. It might have been more stocked than my own kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place in a beautiful location!

This place was great for our family of 5! We have two teenage sons and a 3 year old and there was plenty of space and soooo much to do. The view is gorgeous and the trails nearby were so great to explore…and beautiful. The home has every amenity imaginable for cooking, which is great since we have a son with celiac disease. It’s close to several restaurants and a grocery store but feels so secluded as well. Check in and check out was the fastest and easiest of any place we’ve stayed. The beach club was so cool and we can’t wait to go back in a warmer month to explore the pools and lake more!

Very clean, quiet & well-provisioned

The owners have maintained the house very well and it is stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the mornings on the huge balcony, and in the evenings watching the stars. It’s a great getaway from the crowds, yet close enough to stores & entertainment. It felt like home, and we loved the owner’s suite with large bathroom. I had given up on short term rentals after a bad booking a few years ago in Austin, but this place restored my hope! Check those reviews! I am super picky & this house was almost perfect!

Beautiful Cozy House and Great Property

Great house big enough for a large family. Family loved the location and the surrounding trails and nature. This property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, amazing opportunities for outdoor adventures and memories. Perfect Location and great management

We brought the two teenagers for some peace and quiet away from suburban Houston life during the New Year's Eve celebrations to recharge our batteries for the new year. This cabin was perfect for that goal. Great communication with the home owner/management. The place was so clean, well stocked, organized and had all the modern amenities. The owner/management truly considered everything to make this home welcoming and comfortable. The access to the trails was wonderful. Seeing two teens disconnect from their phones to actually want to explore nature was amazing and this place made it so easy for them. The only minor minor minor annoyance, which was out of the owner's control, was that the county had a outdoor open fire ban so we could not use the nice fire pit for smores. We definitely will want to come back to this place!

Great trip

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked. We were in town for a soccer tournament but enjoyed being able to hike and enjoy the beautiful scenery around the house when we were not at the field.

We enjoyed this property. Everything was as expected and clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were board games, welcome treats, plenty extra towels and blankets and pool items. Very convenient and nice.

Very nice little hideaway!

The cottage was beautiful! It is very well equipped with everything you need and then some! The kitchen is loaded up with anything you need to cook. You only have to bring the food! Even has spices and containers for your leftovers. The hosts thought of everything including beach towels and folding chairs to take to the lake. The only recommendations i can make is the living room furniture can use an upgrade. And it got a little warm for our friends using the upstairs bedrooms where it didn’t feel like the air conditioning could keep up. That said, it was almost 105 degrees outside during our stay so that has to be considered. Overall i would highly recommend staying there and our friends are already talking about booking the cottage again possibly in the fall.

Beautiful and very quiet location on Lake Travis’ north shore. Very clean. Great, big porch. Overall a great stay. Convenient, short drive to Hollow’s Beach Club pools. Very well-equipped kitchen. Guest Suite should really should be upgraded to a King bed so that two couples can enjoy the cabin equally. Internet is weak/spotty so bring a hotspot if doing any WFH. Only equipped with 1 Pac-n-Play. AC supplemented with several portable window units.

A Perfect Escape!

Great get away for our family of 4 with my parents over the Thanksgiving break! The kitchen was very well equipped for a full family meal. We didn't get to enjoy too much of the Beach Club due to the weather but it was still a great quite get away!

Great Texas Cabin

Stayed here for our wedding as it was 10 minutes away from the venue. All the pictures are current and was a very comfortable stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice touch. The cabin has beautiful views and a very large deck to look out from. Loved the stay and recommend this to anyone that wants to be somewhat away from everything.
