Comfortable Convenience in Austin

If you have a larger group looking to stay in Austin, I couldn't recommend this house more! The location is exceptional between easy highway access, easy downtown travel and walkability. Wonderful location and fantastic house for large groups.

We had a fantastic stay for 13 adult males. The house was big, easily slept us comfortably, and the back yard provides tons of activities. The location is perfect for Austin as it’s only a mile from the nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the house. The sound system was also a big hit. I would recommend this house to any large group.

We had a wonderful stay. Brendan and Aurora were fantastic hosts and available for anything we needed. We attended that SXSW EDU conference so it was an easy Uber to the convention center, but a nice ways a way from the bustle of downtown. Lots of great food and coffee walkable from the house. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t get any better!

I stayed with a group of 12 friends for a football game at UT. Our accommodations could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The backyard was perfect for spending the evening outdoors and the brand new pool and spa was such a nice surprise. The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group. Brendan was very welcoming and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The location is perfect with food trucks just around the block and the walk to the UT stadium was a short 20 minute walk. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Austin… GO DAWGS!!

50's fun in Austin and ACL !

Great property for accommodating large groups. Good location and fairly easy to walk and very easy to Uber to all key areas. House is well equipped, kitchen, garden, bedding, towels etc Garden is a lovely spot to hang out and pool will be amazing when it opens. Hosts were great communicators and very thoughtful as we approached our stay. We would stay here again and recommend !

Fantastic property, with all the amenities and plenty of space.

The property was clean and gorgeous, the design and architecture of the space had beautiful woodworking for a house that so modern and new. The owner was communicative and provided all the necessary info prior to my arrival. It was close short walk to some great food trucks, bbq, and a fantastic little coffee shop.

Cousin's Weekend

We have a large family and realize that we rarely see each other except to gather for the funerals of family members. We wanted to stay connected and chose to gather in Austin. The WOW factor of the property was amazing. There were plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, and utensils! The outside was comfortable and the younger members of the family enjoyed the putt-putt golf area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Lou, the property manager was just as amazing at the property itself. He was easy to contact and responded to any of our questions and the few needs that we had. On behalf of our family, a warm heartfelt thank you!
