This home is located on two acres along the shores of Lake Austin. It is made up of a main house with 2 king bedrooms/bathrooms plus a half bath and a guest house that has a large bunkroom with 8 twin beds and a king bedroom/bathroom. While the home sleeps up to 14, it is not well-suited for large, adult-only groups. It accommodates up to 6 adults in king beds with the twin bunks ideal for teens and kids. Both the main and guest houses each have full kitchens and laundry rooms. You will have access to 200 feet of private lakefront complete with two private docks and a sandy swimming beach. If you know anything about Austin, you’ll know what a rare find this is! Launch one of our many kayaks or paddleboards with the whole family to explore the beauty of this lake, relax with all of your friends on the 16ft lily pad in the lake, or take a hike through the surrounding Balcones Canyonland Preserve. Enjoy al fresco sunset meals on the two-story party dock, smores around the fire pit, or catch bass, catfish, and perch off the 2nd boat dock. FALL 2026 LAKE AUSTIN NOTICE: LCRA has announced a temporary lowering of Lake Austin beginning October 12, 2026. The lake is expected to be lowered gradually, approximately 1 foot per day, ultimately reaching about 10 feet below its normal level. The lake will remain lowered through November 23, with refilling planned to begin November 24 and normal lake levels expected to return around November 30. Depending on your stay dates, the lake may only be partially lowered. Lake access and boating conditions may be affected during this period.
