Welcome to The Cottage at Paradise Cove!
DESCRIPTION: Main home has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and large covered dining/lounge area with windows across the back for outstanding lake views. There is also a separate guest house "casita" that has a primary suite with bathroom, small kitchenette, tv and washer/dryer.
AMENITIES: Beautiful pool (pool is NOT HEATED), spa/hot tub, covered kitchen & lounge area, fire pit. Pool umbrellas no longer available. There is NO boat dock on this property.
LOCATION: Great location with proximity to Austin (22 miles from Austin Downtown), Lakeway, and the Texas Hill Country. Only 2 miles from JUST FOR FUN, a boat rental facility. Lake Travis: This home is located in Paradise Cove on a beautiful area of Lake Travis, near Devil's Cove.
The Cottage at Paradise Cove is the perfect getaway for small families, close friends and intimate special occasions. With its beautiful outdoor setting of huge, mature trees and the Lake Travis waterfront views, the home fits seamlessly with its stone and wood interior. The interior of the home is warm with the fine furnishings, wood and stone touches, and provides a very comfortable setting while you stay indoors. However, with two great outdoor spaces, both the swimming pool/spa/outdoor living area that is in front of the home, and the beautiful backyard with huge shade trees and expansive views of Lake Travis, you might not want to spend much time inside.

RENTAL POLICY**No weddings allowed. No groups over 14 whether or not everyone is spending the night. No groups where most or everyone is under the age of 28. All guests must contact the Reservation Manager prior to booking this property otherwise the Reservation Manager reserves the right to cancel this reservation. No day events that include more than 14 people--this includes all guests whether or not they are spending the night. We would greatly appreciate you contacting us before doing an instant booking or reservation request.**
Also, part of our procedure is to have a signed lease agreement. As soon as you do the reservation request, I will send you the information needed to write a lease agreement. Sometimes our emails go into spam/junk folders so if you do not see it shortly after you do the request, please check your spam/junk folder. Please return this information as soon as it is convenient and no later than 24 hours of the request. After you receive the lease agreement, you must return it signed within a week of receiving it. If you do not return it, this may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation rules will apply. The lease agreement is mailed from our business email address and will be sent either the same day or the next morning at the latest. If you do not see it, it is your responsibility to let us know.
