Barton (3 Acre-Freshwater) Springs is just ACROSS THE STREET. LADYBIRD LAKE 10 mile hike and bike trail around the lake is right here for you. Practically at your doorstep HAVE IT ALL!! SWIM, CANOE, HIKE & EXPLORE. One of our recent guests told us this property reminded her of an "open air Costa Rican experience ." Another lovely guest said it reminded her of their vacation home in Roatan... I had to look that up.... what a compliment!!! If you are not familiar with Austin, this property and location requires a HUGE FUN introduction… in a second you’ll see why. While we do not have a private pool or a beach.
