Guest access
Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire gated 8-acre estate. This includes the 2500 sq. ft. main home (5 bed/3 bath), the hot tub, and the massive pavilion.

The property features a private electric gate and extraordinary parking capacity for up to 100 cars, making it one of the most accessible large-scale retreats in Leander.

Note: The small guest cabin on-site is separate and is strictly off-limits to guests.

Other things to note
Fire & Safety Policy:
To protect the ranch and our majestic oaks, smoking, candles, incense, and open flames are strictly prohibited inside and outside all structures. The only exception is the designated fire pit, which must be used safely and in strict accordance with local Williamson County burn restrictions.


Events:
Strictly no events. This reservation is for lodging only and limited to the number of guests on the booking.
