  • Dit is een onlangs gerenoveerd herenhuis met moderne apparatuur en tegelvloeren. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers en twee en een half badkamers. De woonkamer bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en er is een slaapbank die geschikt is voor twee personen. De slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. Het ligt in een rustige buurt met gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat Austin te bieden heeft. Het ligt op loopafstand van de Balcones-golfclub. Het ligt op een korte 18 minuten rijden (afhankelijk van verkeer) naar het centrum en de Universiteit van Texas (U. T) campus. Daarnaast zult u genieten van dicht bij het winkelgebied Domain en Arboreteum. Het meer is ook een korte 25 minuten rijden. Voor uw gemak zijn er tal van supermarkten (HEB, Randalls) en apotheekopties in de buurt.
    Er zijn veel in de buurt van grote bedrijven zoals Dell, Samsung, Flextronics, Dunn en Bradstreet, en meer. Het ligt dicht bij bars en restaurants, zoals visrestaurant Pappadeux, Eddie V's, Trulucks en nog veel meer.

A Pleasant Stay

Great stay, as always

We've stayed here several times for long weekends in Austin, and we'll keep coming back. The place is great for our needs, the location near the highway is convenient, and Vince is always quick to respond to any communication.

Family reunion in Austin

My daughter and I had a short stay at this property during a family reunion. This was a great and convenient location. The property is clean, updated and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive.Very nice property!!!

Overall it was not bad. Smaller than hoped. Floor was dirty, very few towels and no ice except for two small trays. The nearest shopping is an HEB that is closing soon. Also overall, it was quiet except for neighbors on occasion.

This Place is wonderful, great location and easy to check in. The condo is so beautiful and clean, looks better than the photos. Also the beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Grad trip

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I was in town for my daughter’s graduation from UT and this was a great location!! The place was very clean, and had plenty of space and all the things we needed for our stay. Assigned parking was a big help. The location was a bit tricky to find, but the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. Overall a great place to stay and it met all of my needs for graduation weekend. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome Stay!

This place was great! Vince was so nice to talk with and make our stay easy. We were getting our daughter and her kitty moved into her new place and it was less than 4 minutes away. The place was well set up and all the accommodations you could ask for. The beds were comfy and we loved the water pressure for showers, beats our home! It was a muggie hot day when we arrived and when we entered, it was cool and very refreshing. This place is also close to a little mall and restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. We will definitely be keeping this place in our saved list for when we come back to visit with our daughter .

This unit was attached to another unit on each side. Neighborhood was poorly aged. Would not use Vrbo again.Could not google site until I a paid in full and was on my way.

Comfortable

This condo features comfortable beds, is reasonably priced, and has good wifi/smart tv. The neighbors are colorful Austin characters (weird, but in a friendly/charming way.) The location of this condo (Williamson County) is a little remote from many of the attractions in Austin, but it has good highway access. The parking situation is excellent. Taller guests may find the showerhead in the master bathroom to be a little too low. All-in-all, I’d say I had a wonderful time at a comparatively reasonable price.

The inside of the property looks mostly as pictured, but the neighborhood is a bit hard to find. The type of area was definitely not what I was expecting, but it all worked out.

Not really remodeled as stated

A few things remodeled, but I would not consider this fully remodeled. Some paint and baseboards dingy. Overall clean. Everything worked. Good location. Neighborhood ok. Can’t change thermostat which is not comfortable. I’d recommend that you just request tenants to change it before they leave. Overall stay was ok.

A comfortable stay

Sonesta west worked well for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The north Austin location is great for accessing areas north of downtown. There were 2 assigned parking spaces which we appreciated. I found the bed comfortable, although my husband felt it was too soft. The kitchen is not set up for any real cooking. But all the essential appliances are there. However, no coffee or filters. Just plan ahead so you can have your morning cuppa Joe!
