Stay at this cleverly designed modern minimalist Beach Haven studio, with off-street parking, private deck and ocean views. The bed can easily be folded up and away into the wall when more space might be required during the day, and the small but fully equipped kitchen has all you need to feel right at home after a day of exploring the nearby beaches, bush walks and Auckland CBD.



The studio room is designed with a space saving pull-down bed, making it spacious during the day and cosy at night. The fold away bed is extremely easy to use and operate.



The kitchen is fully equipped for guests, complete with fridge freezer, mini oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, and with benchtop dining for two. There is also a washing machine tucked away out of sight. Two comfy stylish lounge chairs are provided in the studio space for relaxing in front of the TV and enjoying views out to the sunny deck and the ocean beyond.



Located down a shared driveway, there is one off-street parking space included with the house for guest convenience.



Beach Haven is a coastal suburb on Auckland`s North Shore. Tucked away down a quiet shared driveway, the house is close to the shops and restaurants of Birkenhead, as well as primely located within a short distance to quiet and less crowded beaches such as Island Bay Wharf and Charcoal Bay. Beach Haven Wharf is also just around the corner, which is great for the ferry to Hobsonville Point to visit the weekend markets. Auckland CBD is a 20min drive, and the property is also on a bus route into the city as well as other North Shore destinations. You can also catch the ferry from nearby Beach Haven wharf into Hobsonville Point and then on to Auckland city!
