Hôtels avec spa à Auburn - Opelika

« Outstanding staff. Friendly and helpful. »

« sejour en famille. En transit entre Atlanta et la Floride. Hotel satisfaisant. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner avec gaufres. Un peu éloigné du centre ville d'Auburn (5 à 10 mn en voiture) »

« Great place. Great hosts, accommodations, and food! We'll be back. »

« Restaurant fermé, dommage, vu l'éloignement obligé de se contenter du snack piscine. Personnel compétent et aimable. »

« Convenient location for shopping and dining. The front desk staff was nice and efficient. Facility was clean and looked like it had recently been updated. Room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable and seemed small for a queen. Overall it was a decent stay. Biggest issue is that we were traveling with kids and a baby for a soccer tournament and when we returned to the room after dinner, our entire floor, including our room and the elevator smelled like marijuana. « The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. I asked if she could wait a few minutes (mainly because I wasn't too sure about it) because my son was taking a...

« Excellent selections at breakfast each day. »

« I did not have hot water, the front desk did not come check for herself, she switched my room, the next room was the exact same issue. The next morning the other front desk person told me to reach out to Tinesha the manager of sales to help with reduction of accommodations, I left several messages and I still never received a call back! Needless to say I won’t be staying here again. »

« Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off. »
