There will be a $250 fee charged for parking passes not returned to the unit prior to departure PER PASS!
This Is a non-smoking and no pets are permitted. If evidence of either Is found, there will be a $1000 cleaning fee added to your reservation.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful.
No renters under the age of 25.
All garbage must be bagged and taken to the dumpster In the parking lot.
Please start the dishwasher and place all used towels In the laundry area prior to departure.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked prior to departure.
Exterior cameras may be In use.
