'Good service by Kumari she made our stay very pleasant'

'Prima'

'The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to...

'I have stayed at many hotels, but this stay truly stood out, thanks to the excellent management led by the General Manager, Mr. Orhun, who personally cares about the guests and responds quickly to any needs, as well as the entire team, who are friendly, positive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it rare to experience such consistent service across all departments, and my sincere compliments to the General Manager and the entire team for...

'Lovely hotel, nice pool and beach, great breakfast, and helpful staff.'

'Bugs in bed and around the whole room. Got an upgrade because the bugs even went into the bottle of my baby but the other room had bugs and ants as well. Everyday waiting 10+ mins for our car by the valley parking.'

'Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Grote kamers en heerlijk zwembad. Rust en toch overal snel dichtbij'

'First of all I Will thank all the staff . Kratik, joy, Dianne, ariku and last but not least. Cleaning service. Everythîg was excellent.only one thing on the pool for the chairs there was not énough. We want always to the beach for a chair. Of if you want Cabana on the pool thénar you have to pay extra. The chairs has to be organize better en to share in better.'
