'We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

Niet iedereen aan de receptie was even vriendelijk, niettegenstaande de prijs/nacht toch al hoog is, vraagt het hotel een meerprijs voor alles. Men kan beter wat meer betalen en verblijven in het Coral Reef Club hotel wat er juist naast ligt. '

'The villa is quite large -3 bedrooms patio with pool living room dining room kitchen Nice “Roman” design Everything is new and fully equipped with gas bbq stove oven ets. Astonishing vie to the ocean. 5min walk to the beach (steep although) very nice owner and cleaning stuff '

'First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

'My only critique is that they need four new beach chairs, preferably the Tommy Bahama chairs. They are light, comfortable, and sturdy. Other than that, it was great and thank you!'

'Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious - especially the bathtubs. Entertainment is great too! Kids loved the pool. I do wish there were more pools for the kids to enjoy. Booking reservations for dinner was a nightmare though. We couldn't book in advance, were staying a week and on night one there was a restuarant already entirely booked! How does that even happen?! Also no kids in restaurants after 8pm!!! Finally check in was awful. We got there on time - rooms not...
