'Alot cheaper than the casino hotels, but with the in and out parking privileges ($20 a night) we were able to drive to our concert and back. If you ever want to arrive by train, the station is connected to the convention center (which is where the parking is) and is DIRECTLY across from the Sheraton. Right beside the shopping mall.'

'De kamer was in prima staat. Boven verwachting netjes voor de prijs die ik betaalde (50 euro per nacht , 2 nachten) gratis parkeer gelegenheid en dicht bij de casino's , boardwalk. Ideaale oplossing om niet in de dure hotels te slapen. Alles is op loop afstand te doen. Ga wel meteen naar het motel van af de boardwalk. Niet gaan dwalen rond het motel. Wel wat raare figuren tegen gekomen. Kamer goed op slot doen dus, dan is er niks aan de hand'

'Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families.'

'Rated 1 stars across the board because the listing is very misleading. This location does not have a pool. The waterpark that is pictured as the main picture is not even located at this property nor included in your stay! We found out after calling Cozy Suites within an hour of booking just to let them know we would be checking in late & while on the phone I asked what time the pool/water park opens & closes & they stated they do not have a pool. I immediately requested a refund since that is...

'Great location to the boardwalk. Rooms were clean. Staff was super kind and helpful. We missed breakfast but went to get coffee and gave us breakfast still!'

'Very outdated. Room wasn’t cleaned. My room had dirty socks in the closet, hair on the shower walls, dirty bed skirt. Tv was off the wall and just sitting on the table & the mini fridge was mildew-ish. Oh let’s not forget the bed. Very uncomfortable very much old,and had a dent inside.'

'The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach.'

'I wasnt expecting much for the price compared to other hotels in the area and I've stayed in worse, it was outdated with minimal amenities, at least the mini fridge kept our drinks cold and we had a place to crash for the night. If you're looking for "nice" spend the extra and pick another hotel, if you're looking for a place to sleep and dont care that much then this is one of the cheaper options. Parking is good for compact cars not trucks or full size suvs'

'My first day was ruined due to being placed in a stinky room so much so that I ended up sick from the smell of smoke I arrived at 7pm. I was offered either a room change or clean and I chose the clean because the changed room would’ve been a downgrade. By 10pm no one had came to clean the room. 12am my room still wasn’t cleaned and i ultimately was moved to a downgraded room at 12:30am. Staff were extremely rude and condescending. They don’t give you info about the amenities or anything. 0/10'

'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '
