Great Location

The house is located one house over from the beach access so it was very convenient. They had all the beach accessories; toys, chairs, kayaks, beach stroller. The house was great, no complaints. The walk to a breakfast place, bait store, liquor store was one block down. Just a note that the view from downstairs is blocked from the dune, however, upstairs you can see the ocean.

Amazing stay for large family in Brigantine!

The house was great - plenty of space for grandparents, three adult children, and an infant. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need, and Kevin is available for any questions you might have. Great stay, we hope to stay again!

Kevin is a great host, smooth check-In/Out. Very clean, lovely home. Stayed with 4 sisters between 63 and 78 and had a wonderful weekend. The ocean views are breathtaking, 2 minute walk to beach and LaScala’s restaurant/outdoor bar.

Great Location, Excellent Host

This property is in a great location with very convenient beach access to a great part of the beach. We spent a lot of time on the two balconies, especially the top floor at sunrise. The unit is clean and well furnished and comfortably accommodated all six of us. Kevin was a terrific host - very responsive and flexible to all of our requests. We would definitely consider returning here in the future.

Beautiful property, fabulous beach

We just returned from a fabulous week at this property. Our communication with Kevin prior to our arrival was excellent. The house is in great shape with plenty of room for both family time and private time. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a gas barbecue grill. We were supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and kayaks. It was all great!!!

Brig 2022

We have rented many different places in Brigantine and this one was definitely the best equipped, especially the kitchen-related stuff: dishes, cooking apparatus, etc. The location is interesting, next high rise condos and restaurant/bar. The bar was pretty lively and loud, but not really all that intrusive. It is nice to be just a few blocks away from the restaurants, liquor store, etc.

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful place for our vacation. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the ocean views from the property. We were a group of sisters who were all over the age of 70 and found the accommodations very nice. The property owners were great at communication. We had one small problem that they responded to immediately. We would definitely rent from this owner again, Thank you for a great experience.

Brigantine Beach is the place to be!

This property was located in the perfect spot! It was right on the beach but also close to other cities that we had wanted to visit. We had a few minor issues while we were there, but Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. The renovations that he has started doing on the property are absolutely gorgeous! We loved the balconies overlooking the beach. It had such a gorgeous view! We knew there was more work that needed to be done so we weren't disappointed at all. The property was clean and comfortable for all 10 of us. Thank you so much for renting us your beautiful home. It had been a rough year for all of us due to my father in law passing away in January. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home and better property manager. Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is AMAZING! So spacious and perfect for a group. My group loved the location being right on the beach and being next door to Laguna Beach Bar/Restaurant. Walking distance to really cute shops as well! We loved the balconies and the home decor was truly beautiful! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!

Beachfront Bliss and More

The property was just perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 1 child of 2 years old. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom and my grand-dauther had her own bedroom.The house was fully stocked with beach equipment, pails, shovels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Also there were kayaks that we did not use. There was a stroller that we used to walk to nearby shoppes with our grand-daughter so no need to bring one. The house was spotless clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and there were plenty of take-out options near by. We had a few questions for Kevin upon arrival and he responded quickly via e-mail to address our small issues of a ceiling fan and verify to separate trash from recyclables. The house has great views of the ocean and the Luguna bar next door had live music every night that ended at 10:00 pm. We will definitely look to return. Overall great experience and Kevin is an excellent host.

A pleasurable week at the ocean's edge . 🌊

We all enjoyed our visit ! A nicely furnished house overlooking the beach and ocean . The covered decks with ocean views were used alot in the evening for conversation , drinks and relaxing . We are planning another visit next year . 🏖️

rental on the beach

The pics depicted an older condo which we were fine with. We got there and dirty laundry belonging to the previous renter was in stuffed in the washer. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. The refrigerator door had a shelf which kept falling off. Our impression was that the house was not cleaned prior to our check in and we checked in after check in time. I spent the entire first night cleaning floors, bathrooms dishes and my sister in law washed blankets and cleaned left over ice cream off one of the tables on the deck. The cleaning fee is not worth it and honestly we should be paid because we were the cleaning service. During the stay we found the shower door in the main master didn't work properly and the weather stripping on the one patio door was ripped. The location is awesome but some home improvement projects and a change in cleaning service need to be done before renting again at the price point which we paid.

Amazing Ocean Views

This home was both beautiful and clean. The best part was the amazing ocean views. Not to mention, it was just steps from the ocean. And, the host was very responsive! A+ experience.

Perfect stay for beach lovers!

Loved the immaculate house and all the space for our family of 5. Even better was the quick walk to the beautiful beach, perfect for long relaxing days on the shore. When we weren’t at the beach, loved sitting out on the balconies with cool ocean breezes, amazing views, and the occasional live music. It was just what our family needed to unwind and relax. Would highly recommend!
