THE HOME = PERFECT: Enjoy a Barbeque with family and friends on the One-of-A-Kind Rooftop Deck! We supply a large propane BBQ, and the propane is included in the rental! Grilling on the deck with views, sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at Top End Townhome! We spare no expense in ensuring the home is always in excellent condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We are constantly updating the property for guest enjoyment (our top priority!) from our fun beach themed decorations to providing a large 4k “SMART” Roku TV (stream your favorite apps!) in the living room. Bed linens and towels are supplied along with a fully furnished kitchen! The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, an island, and high-end appliances for all your cooking needs. Enjoy incredible views from the One-of-A-Kind Rooftop Deck or from one of the other three private decks (see our pictures that illustrate better than words!). Of course, our high speed Wifi connection is available and FREE! The bedrooms are also beautifully appointed with large beds, very comfortable mattress & pillows with plenty of dresser and closet storage. The Top End Townhome can sleep up to 12 people. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd master bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a large Bunk Bed with two Double Size mattresses and a Single trundle underneath that pulls out from the bottom (sleeps 5), and we also have 3 Single Size very comfortable Memory Foam folding beds available (sleeps 3) these beds can be easily moved and placed on the floor like an air mattress wherever you like. There is more to say about this great property, but we want to keep a couple of things a surprise for when you arrive!
