Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units or mini splits in every space.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire main house, including the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The detached guest suite offers a private studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Enjoy outdoor spaces like the front porch, back patio with dining set, cozy lounge area with a fire pit, and BBQ grill. Beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella, are provided for your convenience. Linens, towels, and essential amenities are included. Off-street parking for one vehicle and free street parking are available. Please note the garage itself is not included with the house and may occasionally require access by management. The washer and dryer are in-unit.

PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
