HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At Cadillac Blue, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we address concerns as quickly as possible.

CLEANING:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Minor oversights may occur, but significant issues will be addressed promptly.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
Appliances and systems may occasionally malfunction. While we cannot guarantee against unexpected issues, we will work quickly to resolve them.

Unauthorized gatherings result in immediate removal without refund

CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS
Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees
No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items
