Enjoy our Pristine Beach & Crystal Clear Pool in this Upgraded 2nd floor studio condo located steps from the beach. The property has a large grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO access to a beautiful, Secluded Beach for quiet strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a Coastal bike path for refreshing jogs, bike rides, or walks. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Rentals presents Ocean Sands on YT.

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior boasts a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen Smart TV, and WiFi. Upgrades include luxury plank flooring, beadboard wall paneling, and luxury crown molding. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... stroll the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... The perfect spot!!
I could not have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation! When we entered, it was very clean and the AC kept the room very cool from the start. The beach was never crowded in front of the complex. It was a sandy beach and great for swimming! The pool was kept at the perfect temperature. It was clean and also not crowded. The location is fantastic. 10 minutes from the cute downtown of Morehead, which has great restaurants. Our favorite was sugarloaf island deli/yellowfin pub. It was also only 15 minutes from Beaufort where we did a few excursions and 30 mins from Emerald Isle…. Again, the perfect location! I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it for 2 people only. I would say it’s too small for kids, even though it has a futon/couch in addition to the bed.

Fun Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in the condo! It is small, but perfect for a couple and very well maintained. Loved the décor and fully equipped kitchen! It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of outdoor activities. We biked the trails, walked on the beach and took the boat over to Shackleford Banks. Thanks for sharing your condo!
