Phaedrus Living: Luxury Flat Kolonaki Center

Luxury Flat Korneadou is a beautiful 2-bedroom ground floor apartment located in the most vibrant and posh area of Athens in the famous Kolonaki Area. The flat has been designed to offer location, comfort, and luxury living.
The closest metro station is just a 2-minute walk away. Kolonaki Area is a well known live and prestigious neighborhood and is famous for its luxurious restaurants, bistros and bars as well as a unique variety of shops along with galleries and museums.

As you enter the flat you will find a small hall way with a large mirror that leads you to the open plan living area on your left. This area consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen, a comfy sofa bed, a large smart tv and a balcony for relaxation and city views. The flat has one bedroom with a double bed, plenty of wardrobes, a beauty table and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep another two guests. The guest bathroom also has a walk in shower and is located next to the bedroom.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
