'I thought I was booking a room at the historic McMenamin's Gearhart Hotel. Our room ended up being in the annex next door. I asked if I clicked to choose the annex accidentally and was told that they randomly book folks into there. I should have called to specify. Oh, I didn't know. Next time.'

The property was very well maintained and had a great variety of amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. 'Breads, muffins, etc. for breakfast were a little dry. Otherwise, food was fine. Only complaint about the room was that the bathroom sink, although beautiful, was too high for my 5'4" height - kept splashing myself to wash my face.'

'This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! Such cute quaint rooms, and a unique feel to this old building that has been converted into stylish hotel rooms! Location is perfect too.'

'This motel is exactly what you see, very basic, but good. Upon entering, the light scent of chlorine reassures you that everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can imagine that in the summer months, being so close to the beach, this would be a great base for an amazing vacation.'
