A spacious and bright 77-square-meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator. The property is located in the heart of Asti’s historic center, just a short walk from Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and where the historic parades of the Palio di Asti and all the major cultural, tourist, and food-and-wine events take place.

The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a sofa and TV;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, various kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (can be separated into 2 single beds), closet, and desk;

- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds (can be joined), desk, and wardrobe

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY; with 2 chairs



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 split unit in the living room/kitchen), central heating, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Asti Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
