'Staff were friendly'

'Steps to the beach dog friendly the negatives are…that check in wasn’t until 4 pm and they were short staffed towels were short and every time I bought something from the front desk it was a different price depending on who Rang you up for example we bought ice cream like popsicle the same kind every day but they were a different price every time when I asked they always gave an excuse and I wasn’t in the mood to argue the only other negative is the parking there is space for 1 car per unit but...

'Our room was disgusting. There was a left over wash clothes left in our shower from the people before. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and some “goo” left on the bathroom counter and walls. It smelled musty too. I would never stay here again'

'Minimal breakfast choices. Overbearing Lysol smell in rooms. Fire detector kept going off . Beautiful location and outdoor area'

'No hooks to hang clothes/towels on, poor lighting in hotel room, no chair to sit on, no hot water, continental breakfast didn't start till 8am and was late almost every day, broken toilet seat, mold in shower, and TV didn't work. The staff was very friendly.'

'Place was great. Wonderful staff. Sits on broadwalk. Convenient to everything. Bath is small restaurant was average but staff were wonderful. Bar was average. Parking is available. I would stay again'

'The stay was perfect for our needs. The one complaint I would have is the noise level of the HVAC system, but it wasn't obnoxiously louder than other hotels. I would recommend the stay, excellent location to Bayside skillet and Ropewalk.'
