Mauvais accueil à l'hôtel.
Client renvoyé parce que numéro de réservation ne les concernait pas, selon eux!
Pas permis de consulter messagerie personnelle afin de leur montrer réservation.
Pas accepté qu'un taxi soit appelé pour quitter l'hôtel ( c'était tard dans la soirée) . »
