Set in downtown Aspen, this luxury Colorado vacation rental is close to ski lifts, shopping, dining and even the local opera house. Spacious modern-rustic living areas and five suite-style bedrooms make the property a wonderful alternative to a resort for a family or group of friends.

At the end of a day on the hill, take off your gear and treat yourself to a session in the villa’s private hot tub, a glass from the wine room or wine fridge, or a drink from the wet bar. In warmer months, make dinner on the barbecue and gather at the al-fresco dining area on the townhomes private patio in colder weather, everyone can cozy up to the fireplace inside.

The heart of the residence is its great room, which has both inspiring features, like a soaring ceiling, stone fireplace and huge windows looking out over the mountains, and practical ones, like a pass-through between the formal dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. A generous gray sectional and seating at the wet bar mean the great room can accommodate everyone.

Enjoy a honeymoon from real life in one of the homes king bedrooms, one of which has its own private balcony. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

No matter what the season, there’s plenty to do in the greater Aspen area. From the private entrance townhomes location in the downtown core of Aspen, you’re close to shopping, dining, and about a quarter-mile from both the Wheeler Opera House and Aspen Mountain Ski Resort. Drive to Aspen Golf and Tennis Club, 2 miles away, or Snowmass Village, about 9 miles away, to play or explore, or to Buttermilk Ski Area or Aspen Highlands Ski Resort, both about 3 miles away, for fresh trails. When it’s time to leave, choose from Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, 4 miles away, Eagle County Regional Airport, 69 miles away, or, farther afield, Denver International Airport.

Housekeeping:

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $295 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

House Rules:

1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.

2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.
