Welcome to this bright and modern 35 m² studio apartment, located in a private villa with its own separate entrance and private parking for up to two cars.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen is also fully stocked with crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything else you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Should you miss anything don’t hesitate to ask!

There is a comfortable 160 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed that can be made up as two separate single beds. The sofa bed is most suitable for kids or smaller adults. Bed linens are included.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a convenient washer-dryer combination. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny private patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill — perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal outdoors. The patio has sunlight for most of the day in summer and you will be able to enjoy the sunsets from there.
