Our stay was very good and fun. House was great, comfortable, clean. Game room was used often. We did experience a few issues: stovetop front eye didn’t work, coffee pot lid needs replacement and filters need to be LARGE not small. Thankfully it was not a cold weather week because the main room is hard to warm up, even with the wood stove. One email I received said it had hot tub. I called to verify and was told YES. It does NOT have a hot tub. You will want to correct that communication. It was a wonderful home for our family Christmas! We all enjoyed this lovely home and property. Thank you.

Incredible kitchen setup - everything one could imagine for cooking was available. Perfect for our group that included three generations of family. Sleeping arrangements were great and assured that there were plenty of private spaces for all.The outer game room was a hit with kids and adults alike! The only downside was that the heat was a bit tricky to navigate, with the main room remaining quite cool while the rear area containing the bedrooms was very hot and dry. All in all, a lovely place!

Outdoor heaven . The land and vegetation surrounding the home and pool area was beautiful . I couldn’t get enough of it . Then add in the home and it was a perfect vacation for two families. We enjoyed everything about the home and pool . The kids ( and adults ) loved the game room as well . It would have been nice to be able to use the jacuzzi, but things happen and that’s totally understandable.

Amazing

Pictures give an accurate idea of room size/space. The house and property are both gorgeous/well maintained. The house is very clean. Pool immaculate. Yard big and private. I'm always a little skeptical when properties are "pet friendly" as sometimes they have an odor. Not the case here! If there was ever a pet there I can't tell. It is extremely small pet friendly though with ramps to the deck and a small fenced yard. My 11 year old daughter fell in love with the nook bed! She even found a book to read there! The nook very thoughtfully had clasps in place allowing her to hang a blanket and make it into a fort. My 13 year old boy loved having his own space upstairs. There are separate AC units upstairs to keep it cool. The main bedroom downstairs is a little different for couples as there are two smaller beds (King beds are in different rooms) but we knew that prior to booking. The separate bathroom spaces and large walk in closet made it still the best room choice for my husband and I.Beds are comfortable. Furniture inside and out are comfortable. Kitchen appliances nice. Plenty of towels. Location perfect in that it's close to a variety of places. I just cannot say enough about how nice this property is.The kids loved the garage outside with ping pong table and basketball game.

Great time, great property!

This house is set up so well for a large family get away! All of the rooms and amenities are such that it feels like you’re staying in a house, not a quick flip to rent out (like the ones with no blinds, no mirrors, no nightstands…all the stuff you have at home or a hotel. Pool and hot tub were GREAT and super big. One of the best rental houses I’ve stayed in.

Great stay in NC

Better than advertised! This property was great. Our family spent a week exploring Asheville and the surrounding area and this was our home base for a week. Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool and game room and our adult kids (one of whom is taking an online course this Summer) appreciated the private office space and connectivity. Everything you need is on site (quite frankly we packed too much not knowing how well stocked the kitchen would be.). I'd highly recommend this property to other families. Just down the street from Sierra Nevada brewery and a short drive to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, etc.

I was blown away by this property, as well as the owners. It was wonderful. Spacious and quiet, the whole house had something to offer. With the fire pit in the back, the hot tub, the game room, the TV and leather sofa, and the updated kitchen, this house had everything I could have hoped for. The owners also had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property.

This house is a 10/10! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and so well thought out. It’s a super close drive to the Sierra Nevada brewery and airport and about 20 or so minutes to the winery. Romantic Anniversary Getaway

So amazingly beautiful…we absolutely loved everything. The grounds and the pool are so beautiful. We enjoyed staying there so much we didn’t want to leave. I enjoyed watching the birds and the butterflies. It was truly magical. We loved staying in and spending our day by the pool and relaxing indoors. We went for drives and visited Biltmore Village. I told my husband we could buy a cabin like this and then we would never have to leave home again.

Despite an unfortunate and unusual rainy week in Asheville, we were fortunate to stay at Mountain Laurel, which was perfectly equipped for rainy days. Wish we could have made better use of the beautiful pool! But it gave us good reason to come back!

Amazing cabin retreat!

Our stay was perfect! The cabin was amazing!! Property was beautiful! Everything was exactly as shown on the website. Location was perfect. Close enough to Asheville but far enough away from the hustle bustle! The pool and hot tub were glorious! The game room was perfect! Girls Trip

The stay exceeded our expectations. There were some issues with the Hot Water Heater but Kim, the maintenance tech jumped on the issue and rectified it before we returned from our day outing. The staff at Yonder were super nice and responsive. It was great to have such a good team of people to take care of us! Thank you! The owner also opened the pool to us a week early at our request. Super appreciative!

Overall, amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing! Exceeded expectations with size, layout, and the grounds. Only complaint would be the neighbors. Quiet hours began at 10:00 and by 10:18 we had a call from the owner stating there were noise complaints. We didn’t have music playing, just all sitting at the table talking and catching up! He was very kind and apologetic that he had to call but it was a big bummer for sure. Just something to keep in mind! But would definitely go back.
