The Space:

This newly renovated 1960s ranch-style home sits atop Frady Mountain, offering long-range winter views, privacy, and a true sense of retreat. The hilltop also features a separate A-frame cabin (also available to rent), and a shared basketball/pickleball court for added recreation.



The open-concept living area features a stunning gas fireplace (available OCT-APRIL), cozy seating, and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with ample space to gather, cook, and entertain. Dining room comfortably seats 12.



Step back in time at the Red Stag Lounge—an inviting lower-level retreat designed for fun and connection. Centered around a cozy gas fireplace, this vintage-inspired space features a karaoke bar, wet bar, and a variety of games, making it the perfect spot to unwind, entertain, and create unforgettable nights with your group.



Step outside to experience the true highlight of the property. Surrounded by trees, the outdoor space offers dining for 14, a private hot tub, cedar sauna, and multiple areas to relax, unwind, and reconnect. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down under the stars, the setting feels peaceful and secluded—yet you’re just minutes from grocery stores and everyday conveniences.

Guest Access:

Guests will access the property with a keyless code that is activated on day of reservation. Each guest get their own code and is only activated from check in to check out to insure security.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended to fully explore Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy scenic drives along the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway and easy access to some of the area’s best hiking trails.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a convenient option for heading into town or enjoying Asheville’s renowned restaurants and breweries.
