This seaside resort is known for its dynamism and its thalassotherapy establishment "LE MIRAMAR" and its large beaches on the Atlantic Ocean with the view of Belle Ile en Mer, not far away and Quiberon on the other side of the Gulf.
You can discover the Gulf of Morbihan by land or sea with the departure of the maritime shuttles at Port Navalo nearby.

The accommodation offers superb views and direct access to the port of Crouesty and its boats.
All shops are within walking distance (bakeries - newsagents - restaurants - supermarket and supermarket).
You will also have access to the Grande Plage du Fogéo on foot to swim or enjoy the sailing school as well as many coastal paths for your walks by the sea.

The advantages of this accommodation: it is located on the 1st floor and benefits from 2 independent terraces. One facing south and one south-west facing Port with sea view.

This accommodation also has a private parking lot with badge access. The space of your vehicle is attached to the number of the accommodation and is located at the foot of the residence, always pleasant after the road to unload or recharge your belongings.

This accommodations are a warm T2 bis apartment of approximately 33m2 - 3 rooms, composed as follows:
A main room/living room with Clic-Clac sofa,
An equipped kitchen area,
A master bedroom with storage,
A bedroom/sleeping area with a bunk bed for 2 children ideally
A recent bathroom with 1 shower and sink
A separate toilet.

Living room equipment: 1 sofa bed for 2 adults + 1 TNT adjustable TV
On the dining side: a table with 6 chairs + garden furniture on one of the terraces
Room amenities: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.
Equipment in the kitchen: Microwave/Grill oven, 2 ceramic hobs, a hood, fridge, coffee maker, senseo, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery + a washing machine.
Facilities on the Terraces: 1 Sun Lounger
Total area with terraces: approx. 41 m².

Possibility of reservation for 3 minimum, three or more consecutive weeks on request.
Only per week from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.

Other equipment: heaters, television, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit and plenty of storage space.
No cleaning possibility included during the seasonal period.
