Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet eine top Aussicht direkt auf das Meer. Wir haben alles so wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden (kurze Gehdistanzen zum Pool und Meer usw.). Ebenfalls befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz (ca. 10 Minuten) - ein Auto ist aber von Vorteil (ca. 5 Minuten). Baja Sardinia ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt...

'Keurige schone woning van een zeer attente Ennio met geweldige ligging vlakbij porto servo. Aan het mooie zwembad magistraal uitzicht over de baai. Heerlijk grote barbecue en centrale schaduwrijke eettafel. Ook een dag varen met de boot van Ennio is een aanrader. Woning is keurig netjes. Iedere kamer een fijne eigen badkamer. Standaard keuken. Aandachtspunt is dat aan eind van de huurperiode water- en electraverbruik nog apart afgerekend moeten worden.'
