« The Riffle Volunteer, is a lovely old English Pub, The Manager, and The Staff, are Fantastic!! And went above and beyond. The Rooms are Clean, but basic and could do with a lick of paint to freshen their up. But apart from that it's a charming little tradition pub. The outside garden is lovely, and there is parking, but it's a small car park. But i loved it. »

« What can i say about Tewinbury Farm Hotel other then WOW!! Its such a lovely place and was my second stay here. First stay was in the Lincoln red room with the hot tub and was lovely however this time i wanted to try one of the Lake huts and was giving the Cornflower hut and i was not disappointed in the slightest. « Stayed at the Woodland lodge on Saturday night, as I was going to a family party. On the the room was meant to be available from 3pm, but was actually available at midday which was brilliant. On arrival I found the place was clean and tidy. There was a fridge which I wasn’t expecting which is perfect in the summer for keep drinks cold. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep Would definitely stay here again »

« Très bon hôtel, a 2 pas du Hertfordshire Sports Village où nous avions notre competition. Chambre très confortable, grande et bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. »

« The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! Lovely outside area and caters for Dogs. »

« Je suis parti en angleterre pour des raisons familiales assez grave, ce lieu est vraiment reposant, un grand parc l'entoure, très agréable ! L’hôte, Richard, est très sympathique, je recommande fortement. »

« After a noisy air conditioning unit for the first night, the staff was really excellent and offered to change room at no extra charge for the rest of our stay. A free car park arrangement would be good for all guests (it is now blue badges only) but that’s the only downside. All amenities are within walking distance. »

« Hotel in a very beautiful setting (big park, golf surrounding the hotel pool, and gym facilities included in the rate comfortable bed (four poster, double bed). Only slight criticism would be the noise level from people outside in front of the entrance (smoking) - certainly specific to the room I had (directly above the main entrance). »

« We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. « My Room, was clean comfortable and welcoming. Had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Food in the bar (Indian) was among the best I've had, service quick and friendly. A good stay. Just as a note the rooms are up steep stairs at the back of the pub which wouldn't be suitable for anyone with a mobility issue »
