IMPORTANT: Groups of 1–8 guests have access to the main house only (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, two living areas, dining area, laundry, balcony, garden and spa pool). Groups of 9–12 guests also gain access to the self-contained annex, adding two further bedrooms, a living area, bathroom and second kitchen.

The main house features two living areas, each with a large gas fireplace and sweeping views across the Shotover River valley and surrounding mountains. The annex offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge with a log burner, and its own kitchen — giving plenty of room for two families or a group of friends to share the space comfortably.

The main house deck is a wonderful spot for an après-ski drink, a BBQ, or simply relaxing with a book while listening to birdsong from the hills. The spa pool sits beside a sheltered lawn, great for children to play or adults to soak up the sun.

Just 10 minutes from central Queenstown and 10–15 minutes from Coronet Peak, and around 15 minutes from Queenstown Airport, this property offers both privacy and easy access.
