'The hotel is nicely located, just outside of Queenstown (about a 5-minute drive). Even if you don't have your own car, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to town. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had a small problem with our toilet, but it got fixed immediately. Only thing is that the walls are quite thin, so it is easy to overhear your neighbors having a conversation.
