There is a private parking space on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property consists of 2 separate units, divided by an always-open door, with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms for guests’ use.



Free Wi-Fi and a fireplace are provided. The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; more information is available on site. This rental features energy and water-saving measures. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Heating is available for an extra fee.
