'Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic. We celebrated our daughters 4 year birthday and she loved it. all the open restaurants or i should majority where in Fira this time of year '

The location was a major issue; Expedia showed it in central Thira, but it was actually in Emporio, a much farther location in far south Santorini (Emporio 847 03, Greece- this is the actual address) this caused significant delays and disrupted our travel plans.
