Casa Teide, ground floor Parque Santiago 1, heated pool, 100 m to sea+beach

The apartment Casa Teide is located in the very well-maintained complex Parque Santiago 1, directly by the sea and the beautiful beach of Las Americas. The pool is heated in winter and is only a few steps from the flat. All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. Also within the complex there is a supermarket and some shops, car rental, restaurants. The property has two bedrooms, both bedrooms have a double bed, additionally there is an extra bed for a fifth person which we can provide in the living area.
The highlight is the large terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a small private garden. The cosy living area has a living room sofa and a dining corner, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, and it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area. The pool is heated in the winter months. The sun loungers by the pool are available for a fee. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice cream (for a fee).
