Welcome to our charming house 1h15 from Paris! Nestled in the heart of nature, our property offers a peaceful setting.
Our home combines country charm with modern comforts. Enjoy a relaxing stay with all the necessary amenities.
Located in a peaceful environment, our house is a few minutes from the city center of Evreux.
Nature lovers will find their happiness with hiking trails and Hippodrome accessible on foot or on horseback.
The accommodation
On the first floor you will find a cocooning living room with a dining room for 8 people.
A functional and equipped kitchen complete as at home so as not to run out of dishes, glasses, and all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals, to experience real moments of conviviality.

1st landing: a living room with 2 sofas, including a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. Presence of a cupboard

2nd landing: second master suite, king size bed and dressing room with bathroom and toilet

Upstairs: 2 single beds, cupboard, with a cabin room with books, colored pencil, activities, ideal place to play in an atypical room and create memories. Presence of a sofa bed that can be used as a bed.



Everything you need is also on site for babies. Baby cot, high chair, potty and safety gate for the stairs.
Other remarks
For your comfort, bath towels and soaps are available in each bathroom.
Please note that all cookware is listed inside each cupboard.
In case of shortages, we kindly ask you to inform us.

A welcome kit is in the kitchen basket: dishwasher tablet, capsules for the coffee machine, tea bag and a roll of toilet paper.
A dish towel and a sponge are also at your disposal, please do not throw them away.

We do not provide shower gel or shampoo, nor pool towels.

For your information, if you want a greater use of the dishwasher and coffee machines, we recommend the purchase of all-in-1 tablets, dolce gusto capsules or ground coffee for the filter machine.
