Eigenaren vriendelijk, zwembad ligt behoorlijk stuk verderop en betreffende foto is misleidend. Ligstoelen verouderd, sommige stuk, alles stond kris kras door elkaar, veel speelgoed lag in water of de grond. Parkeren op straat was steeds een uitdaging, gezien krappe straatjes en dat er dus geen vaste plek is. Zijn eerder vertrokken. omdat dit alles erg tegenviel

We appreciate your visit and evaluation.The pool is common to the lodging and only has direct access from the Casa do Avô do Soito, our T3 House.We will do our best to improve the pools equipment.As to the villages streets we cant do much, remembering it is a Village Tourism with all its features.Kind regards

Vriendelijk en het ontbijt is geweldig uitgebreid. Parkeren is op straat en het is er heel erg smal, beetje onprettig. Zwembad is in andere huis, op 3 minuten lopen. Spreken Portugees en enkele woorden Duits. Wel heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Restaurant was niet op locatie. Terug naar dorp op 10-15 min rijden. Bed was ok maar je voelde de veren. Gehorig door biljart onder ons. Overal was het ok, als je de plussen en minnen saldeert.

aangenaam verblijf in outros tempos
het hotel was moeilijk te vinden met onze GPS, maar wij werden heel goed geholpen door mensen van de streek.Bij aankomst werden wij heel vriendelijk ontvangen, en ook gedurende ons kort verblijf ( 3 dagen ) kregen wij van de patron veel uitleg over de streek en de bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en het dinner was fantastisch. Echt een aanrader.

A great get away. The hosts were amazing, friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This is very remote you meed a car and be ready for small village foads. Dinner is in thr next village but dome great options. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING. A excellent selection of local and homemade products.

Uma bela estadia
Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. Os anfitriões são muito atenciosos e fazem tudo para o bem estar dos hóspedes. A aldeia é muito bonita e tem todas as condições para se passar uma semana em familia, no meio do campo, com todas as condições.

Tout est parfait dans ce havre de paix superbe gîte construit dans un rocher ce qui lui donne un certain cachet une vue imprenable calme à la campagne on s y sent bien. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes c est le meilleur petit déjeuner que nous ayons pris de notre périple de 5 semaines préparé avec des produits frais confitures maison gâteaux faits par l adorable propriétaire on s est sentis accueillis comme si nous étions quelqu'un de la famille. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller ici tout est calme et bienveillance. Le propriétaire est très érudit et à son contact nous apprenons beaucoup de choses. Bref tout est parfait y compris la situation géographique et l environnement. Encore un grand merci à vous deux nous n oublierons pas votre gentillesse.

This property is beautiful and the cottage was so charming. Breakfast in the morning was abundant and delicious also! It was difficult to get around the area so highly recommend have a rental car, we learned the hard way with a lot of expensive taxis but luckily the staff helped us to call them.

Surpresa super agradável
Primeiro fiquei chateado com o Hotéis.com, pois havia selecionado como destino Pinhão e só depois verifiquei que fui jogado para Armamar. Depois fiquei achando que o GPS estava errado, pois estava me direcionando para um lugar que não tinha nada. Chegamos à noite e confesso que ficamos apreensivos, pois esperávamos encontrar um Hotel, com letreiro grande e recepcionista, mas nada. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar a porta de entrada. Batemos à porta e fomos recebidos por um senhor super simpático. Entramos por uma sala grande e muito bonita. Não parecia hotel e sim ema casa de família. A partir daí começamos a descobrir que não poderíamos ter ficado em lugar melhor no Alto Douro. A região é muito bonita e o hotel é super confortável, bonito e limpo, mas o principal é a forma como somos tratados. Os senhores proprietários são uma simpatia. Tratam-nos como membros da família. Estão sempre dispostos a agradar e conversam sobre variados assuntos, dando dicas de passeios e lugares a serem visitados. A comida é deliciosa e farta. Passamos dois dias maravilhosos em Armamar. Portanto, recomendamos: se for para a região do Alto Douro, hospede-se na Outros tempos e faça as suas refeições lá. Pretendemos voltar.

Great hospitality
We got a separate house all for ourselves, in the middle of wineyards. It is a stone building with gallery , very cozy , private and quite, it was amazing! The highlight of our stay was the great hospitality of the owners and their friends. We felt like their family. We enjoyed a wonderful homemade dinner with tasting local wines . Dette var en kjempe opplevelse. Noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Som navn sier det er noe i fra andre tider. Paret som driver er så utrolig søte og service minded . Frokosten er en opplevelse , lokale oster, egg, forskjellige hjemmelaget kaker som hun eldre dame baker.😋 og alle mulige typer hjemmelaget kompotter, bare for å nevne noe. It felt like we were staying with the kindliest grandparents. The dinner was divine — endless courses of food, good company, and nonstop port and other alcohols that had everyone talking and laughing. Great Hospitality and A Lot of Tasty Cakes!
We stayed two days at this country house and received great hospitality by the hosts. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was lovely. Breakfast was amazing with so many cakes! We were also offered cakes for afternoon teas. Seriously we've never eaten so much cake! Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Douro Valley.

Perfekt boende i Dourodalen
Fantastisk upplevelse! Bokade övernattning med middag och värdparet bjöd på en komplett genuin middag i deras vardagsrum - allt hemmagjort och hembakat plus viner från regionen. Alla rum är personligt inredda o håller fin standard. Inte första valet för barnfamiljer men för oss andra en 10-poängare. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Foi espetacular uma receção muito acolhedora um serviço sinco estrela com tudo para uns dias de descanso piscina, sala de jogos com televisão leitura uma casa muito família, os pequenos almoços eram sinco estrelas, a última noite jantamos no local foi um jantar maravilhoso mais parecia um almoço de casamento e Armamar como capital da maçã tinha umas paisagem de maçãs lindas. 😘

The property was perfect. Great location in the village. The room was clean and big with a nice bathroom. The highlight was the staff and the food. The breakfast was great and the dinner with wine was also great. Highly recommend staying here

Very friendly family who looked after us and fed us fantastic food! We stayed in a lovely old house in a great little old village on top of the hill. A really nice place to get away for a couple of days.

Beautiful place
We arrived around 8p, after a beautiful day in Douro valley. A nice lady saw us approaching with the car. Took us to the house, we were 4 adults, were given a house, beautiful, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. The House was decorated beautiful. We had in the living room, cheese bread, salami and wine for dinner. It was great. The village is on top of a mountain, beautiful view of The Valley in the morning. Fresh air, fruit trees, grapes, and flowers. Breakfast was great, excellent coffee, bread, cheese, meat, eggs, pastries, fruit, and jams. A read feast. We decided next time we must come for a few days. Excellent place for beauty, and relaxation.

Nice adeia turism hotel
This is a fantastic place in. 200 year old house with confort. The service was very nice, the prepared our breakfast based on what we like.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The owner helped me plan a nice day in the Douro Valley with his extensive suggestions. The social interaction with other guests at the dinner table was also great.

Cura anti-stress
Estadia excelente. Casa antiga mas bem decorada e cheia de "coisas" de "Outros Tempos". Quarto confortável e limpo e cama confortável. O Sr. Amilcar e a Sra. Adeliza são super simpáticos e atenciosos e estão sempre disponíveis para tornar a estadia o melhor possível. O pequeno-almoço e dos melhores que tive até hoje tanto em quantidade como qualidade incluindo produtos locais e caseiros muito bons. Recomendo o jantar proposto pelos proprietários mas façam-no num dia que tenham comido pouco para terem espaço para todas as entradas, pratos e sobremesas propostos e "regados" com vinhos de quintas do Douro. A vista da piscina é magnifica e o sinal wifi é razoável. Recomendo.

Extremely nice place, very peaceful and relaxing, Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and can see windmills twirling. Almost can hear the sound of silence. Place was built in the 1700 hundreds kinda stuck in time. But the rooms are really comfortable and renewed. The place doesn't look like a hotel but it is managed by the nicest people you will meet. additionally we met the Luisas cousin Carla she made us feel at home beautiful smile fills the room. for sure worth the trip and the value. Loved it.
