'We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.'

'We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.'

'We chose this place cause it was close enough to Alfred University where my daughter attends. It was move out weekend so we needed to be close enough to move her out of her dorm. The host made it super easy to access the property and was very accommodating. Definitely will be on my list to stay at again for the next 3 years.'

'Plumbing was a challenge because couldn’t wash dishes without boiling water and didn’t want to wash ourselves or brush our teeth with the smelly water. Also, the propane only lasted 2 days; was dead on 3rd day (probably because of boiling water). We enjoyed the solitude, even though the road noise is present. All in all it was a pleasant couple days as we lucked out with beautiful weather.'
