Appartamento Talema B is a graceful apartment located in the historic center of Arezzo. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Talema B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Talema B is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Arezzo, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the bus stop at 270 meters (886 feet).
Appartamento Talema B is located on the second floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Talema B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 450 meters (500 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).  Kitchen
The ceiling of the kitchen is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
