Villa Saphir - Ares - Gîte

Ideally located between Cap Ferret and Arcachon, Villa Saphir welcomes you for a pleasant stay in a quiet, residential setting, close to the bay and shops. Here in Arès, you can enjoy relaxing on the beach, taking walks in one of the beautiful natural areas, or cycling on the many bike paths, all at the whim of the tides. This recently built 70 m² house features a private garden and a covered terrace. It comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room (television, stereo, DVD player), two bedrooms (one small bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm)), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. Parking is available on the property. Outdoor laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies. Optional extras are payable directly to the owners: end-of-stay cleaning package or cleaning deposit (€120). Electric heating (heating surcharge applies from October 1st to May 15th). Dogs and cats are welcome with a flat fee per animal. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted. This rental is exclusively for private individuals. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable consumption limits, and an electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included.
