Casita Rosa Rainforest Paradise

About this space:
Our Casita Rosa is located behind our main B&B, it has its own entrance, view of the rainforest. The house is equipped with all basic necessities for you to enjoy the Costa Rica experience. The house is located within walking distance to the town center, just 10-20min walk depending where you want to go, restaurants, markets, soccer field, lake access area. We are in Nuevo Arenal, about 50min drive to La Fortuna where a lot of the tourist attractions are. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
The Space:
Two bedrooms, 1st one has a queen bed, armoire, tv, ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, armoire, ceiling fan. Dining/living room, fully functional kitchen, with fridge, gas stove, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave. Outdoor laundry, Costarican washer and gas dryer.
The guest at Casita Rosa, can use the common areas of Casa Donna Rosa B&B, like the splash pool, terrace, there are times restrictions, specially in the morning hours during breakfast serving times at the B&B and at night during quiet hours for our guest to relax and enjoy.
The neighborhood:
Nuevo Arenal is a little town located on the north side of Lake Arenal, the town was build by ICE (the electric company) to relocate the people from Arenal (old town) to give/create the amazing Lake Arenal. This lakes produces about 50% of the electricity our country consumes. The town is very walkable, some areas are paved with side walks, other are just gravel roads.
Getting around:
We always recommend renting a car for easy access, if you need help finding a car, we can recommend you to our preferred partner/rental car agency.
We also provide private transportation for our guest, that do not want to rent a car, let us know your requirement and will be happy to give you an estimate of the cost.
Interaction with guest:
Carlos und Werner, your innkeepers are always around or just a phone call away to answer any questions you might have. As we own and operate a B&B that is just above the little casita. We can help you book activéis/tours and simply give you recommendations.
Other things to note:
There is no private parking available, however street parking is safe, we park our own car outside. We just recommend not to leave anything valuable in the car, let alone visible and this applies to anywhere you park, not just in our property.
