This space consists of a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and television, as well as a dining room. Access to the upper floor is via a slightly steep staircase of 13 steps. Upstairs, a carpeted landing has a trundle bed offering two additional beds. The second bedroom, facing north and lit by a Velux, is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with toilet completes this level. The terrace, approximately 25 m², is a real asset for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the open air, with garden furniture available.
