32 m² gite for 4 guests, "l'Océane", just 1 km from the lake beach and 17 km from the sea. Located in a charming tourist village classified as a "Petite Cité de caractère", only 500 m from shops. The setting is peaceful and pleasant, with a 1,500 m² garden filled with trees and flowers.



Accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. Private parking on site. The gite offers a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner), one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), bunk beds (2 x 90 x 190) in an alcove, a shower room, WC, TV, and free Wi-Fi.



Enjoy two terraces, one with an aluminum pergola, garden furniture, armchairs, fixed barbecue, sun loungers, and parasol. Games available (petanque, molki, rackets).



On request and available for an extra fee, you can have bed linen, towels, welcome kit, transfer from Challans or Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie train stations, or Nantes airport. A baby kit is provided free of charge (travel cot with mattress, fitted sheets, mattress protector, potty, high chair).



If arrival and/or departure is not on Saturday, you will have self check-in via a key box.
