'Amazing property . Loved the carved wood ceilings and wood panelled walls not to mention the secret door. 'Wow! This place was probably one of the best we've ever stayed at. 'The Retreat was the perfect place to stay in Windermere. It was stocked with everything I needed from an umbrella to salt, pepper and vegetable oil for cooking. The location was ideal.
