'Booked a Riverview Room, check in was anytime after 3, we checked in around 4 and room was not ready. Initially told room was Mt Washington view and that house keeping was running behind. Lady at check in could not tell me when room would be ready and that we would receive a text. Asked other concierge and he comped our room $75 at bar/restaurant while we waited. Received text around 5 that not only room was ready but we were given a king size suite with our luggage already in room! Great...

'Last minute trip to Pittsburgh and found this gem. Great location walk to stadiums across from Pnc park. Room was very comfortable n clean had refrigerator cooktop dishwasher full bath and sitting area with desk. Bed was very comfortable. Great sleep. '
