'Nice hotel. Doors were weird and did not go all the way to the floor. Breakfast was slim options.'

'The new shuttle service does improve the experience a lot. They have a track system with texts updates which is really nice. Drivers do a great job. They are very professional and affable. It took ten minutes for the front desk to pick up the phone last night, but other than that, everything was very good.'

'This was a complete 180 from staying at the super motel in Joliet Illinois. Everything was super clean. Staff was excellent. Even at breakfast time. I asked for a banana, and the lady stopped what she was doing and she said I will get that for you, sir I will be right back. And she actually brought it to me. Those type of customer service skills you cannot teach. From check-in to check out…..excellent excellent excellent.'

'Clean convenient hotel! Only suggested improvement is better online directions and on site signage for hotel parking , it was a bit confusing and validated ticket would not work at exit and it took 20 minutes driving around before security/maintenance was able to help.'
