'Booked a 2 night stay for my Dad and his partner. Based on what they told me that the hotel has a very good location and accessible to shops, restaurants and some of Dumaguete’s attraction. Room reasonably clean and spacious. Good to know they have a working wifi. '

'We got a downgrade for our reservation, because something went wrong with the booking and the superior room want available for one night. Only the didn't refund or give any about compensation. The staff is nice only the owner makes you feel not really welcome. And the rooms are really noisy because of a rooster and dogs next door that made us stay a wake all most all night. Things you won't expect from a good hotel.....'
